Event Speaker: Dr. Eric De Jonge, Chief of Geriatrics and head of the innovative Primary Care program at Capital Caring Health

Capital Caring Health is one of the largest non-profit providers of elder health, advanced illness, hospice, and at-home care services for the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. area.

At Home in Alexandria, Arlington Neighborhood Village, and Mount Vernon At Home are three of the Washington area’s more than 60 senior Villages. These volunteer-driven nonprofits support those living and aging in place in their communities by offering social connections and activities to reduce isolation.
